We use the information we collect to: provide, operate, and maintain the Kebash platform; process and manage student records, results, attendance, and fees; send important account and service notifications; respond to support requests; improve platform features and performance; and comply with legal obligations. We retain your data for as long as your school account is active. If you terminate your account, you may request a full export of your data within 30 days. After that period, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems, except where retention is required by law.
